Hi all. I am writing this post in order to announce that the new 4x game is currently being designed. This game is called Notginit. It was founded some time ago by some freaks who wanted to do somenthing for opensource community. Recently these people have decided that they should try once again, becase first attempt haven't been too successful.

And that's the story. This time we want to concentrate more on proper design, since lack of it last time was the main reason for the failure . That's why we want to invite all 4x strategy games lovers to participate in our project's design.
