The distinction i was thinking of is that the junkyard thread is stuff that might be used or recycled in FreeOrion or another game.

However, i post not infrequently (and would more often if it was more convenient) charts and diagrams as part of the game mechanics design process. It's not stuff that would be of any use for someone making actual graphics for a game. I just figured they would not be something that would be of interest to people browsing the junkyard thread.
