Event setting branch
Currently, this only covers a toggle of spawning Guards and the frequency of monster spawning from Experimenter Outpost.
I expect that may change down the road, so the current name of Event Difficulty should change to something in-line with expected use.
If more options are needed, maybe have an advanced setting screen loaded from definitions in a script/markup file.
