There are various problems with 3946 that have been fixed in 3991 (the latest SVN). You might review the SVN commit notes here: http://freeorion.svn.sourceforge.net/vi ... /?view=log (warning: may take a while to load).

Any chance you can make the latest revision available here through zip again? It'd be extremely helpful!
I'll see if I can make something available...
I've sent pd the latest (3993) build. Hopefully he'll host and post it soon...

I'm pretty sure I can permanently host a file of roughly 10mb on a fast location myself also. I've sent you a personal message containing my contact details, if you e-mail it to me I'll see if I can upload it to my provider's webspace.

FreeOrion_Win32_3993.zip is available.

To update your default folder, either grab this tarball or specifically update to revision 3993.

Works for me. What you are reporting sounds to me, like your content files aren't loading as they should be.

Is there such thing as a SVN build "changlog" that I could be directed too to tell the improvements in each new build?

CIA.vc seems to be back in service. Should load much faster.

cia.vc only shows the summary of the last 20 commits or so, with no way to see more or to view the details of those commits.

FreeOrion_Win32_4033.zip is available.

To update your default folder, either grab this tarball or specifically update to revision 4033.

I had to delete the config.xml to fix a font issue, that prevented the update from working right away.

Can I ask for rev 1471 or thereabouts as compiled .exe for Windows? Tortoise SVN has turned out to be too much of a hassle for me...
