Does anyone who reads Russian game-related websites know what linked to FreeOrion around April 5 2012?

There were about 25000 downloads from Russia over 4 days after that:

It seems rather suspicious that they were all using Linux, don't you think? Or is that common in Russia?

Why do you say that? That graph is for v0.4 installers downloads, which includes only Windows and OSX versions, and all but about 150 of them are downloads of the Windows version.

On the right, right underneath "Top Country: Russia", it says "Top OS: Other", where other is opposed to Windows, OS X, and Unknown.

Clicking on that box goes to another page with the details. Most is "Unknown", and "Linux" is just 48 of the downloads.
