Board Attachment Limit?
in making a new post just now, I was blocked from adding an attachment due to a 'board attachment limit" error (not the filesize limit error), it went away when I deleted an attachment from another of my posts. Is that a personal limit? Whether personal or not, it seems to mean I should delete all attachments after a bit?

It's not your personal limit, but the limit for the whole board, which is currently 100 MiB with a total posted attachments size of 99.84 MiB. I'll bump it up a bit.
