Obviously, in this specific game, this result isn't the one I wanted, but as a playtester & balancer it's nice to see:

That was the frontline system where my best new ships were all waiting for the troops to arrive. Ah well, there're more quantum hulled monsters on the way, they took a detour via a Sentinel...

Yeah its annoying, in my experience, as in freeciv, you need to be careful with war and hold the empire line, and retreat the line back if need be, until you got proper strength to send some 5k/5k fleet into their centre to kill the industry core systems go for the blue/white/blackhole star solar systems first.

To reduce management;
mechanized infantry; advanced troops, shield, armor, deathray
main battle tank; shield, armor, deathray
