Is there anyone out there who runs FO (from SVN) on linux with an Intel i915 graphics device?

I don't think it would run.

You can try executing "glxinfo" and have a look, if your driver supports openGL 2.0

There is only 1.4 for me.

Too bad.
We'll meet again when I get a notebook capable of opengl 2.0 :-)

IIRC the openGL 2.0 dependancy is pretty recent. depending on what you wanted to do, you may be able to run an older version.
