Version: 0.4 [svn 4635]
OS: windows vista

I just lost a planet due to famine, while the planet was within supply range of my HQ without any enemies nearby. Food supply is currently 664 (+7.12)
Species: Human
Planet lost: tiny toxic with Eccentric Orbit (focus was not food)
Previous turn, I finished the research of Xenological Hybridization, a max pop increase tech.

I have several other planets connected to a different HQ with a different species. This network is not connected to my original human HQ or the lost planet.

Edit: UPDATE:
I just tried to colonize the planet again, with a 2pop colonize module. In the same turn the planet got colonized, it starved.
"Astrea I has been colonized.
The population of Astrea I was lost to famine."

You're about 200 revisions behind the latest svn. IIRC, there was a problem with that tech which was corrected.
