Suitability [5734]

Right clicking on a planet and selecting Planet Suitability changes the display (say under Colonize).

After right clicking and selecting Planet Suitability:

Clicking away from the system and back it it resets to pre Planet Suitability.

Have also seen them go the other way.

Probably related to the ownership bug noted here.
