forced visual C installation

can you add an option to turn it off? i already have ALL of the newest Microsoft Visual C++ redistributives installed both for x64, x86 and it's really annoying when games keep reinstalling the redistributives (also often happens with directx, .net framework...) without the option to turn this off in the installer
