When reporting an issue regarding the AI, if possible provide the relevant AI log file and a save game file that demonstrates the issue.

AI script error

AI_Error: AI script error in "survey_universe"; "NoneType' object has no attribute 'tags"
Saved it, reloaded and hasn't repeated. So no log files for now.

Once you're able to reproduce this, can you open a github issue?
