There is a lot of info when looking up my empire in the podia.
I am suggesting that it also list which specials are somewhere in my empire, and a
an additional note for which ones are in effect for my empire (a planet with a growth
special is set for growth, or a computonium moon has the planet set to research).
The pedia is useful for checking which known systems have a particular special,
but it would be nice to be able to check in my empire window if I have all three
growth specials (active or not), without having to check multiple entries in the pedia.
I had a game where I wanted to check the robotic specials.
I realize that I could find a robotic species and do a mouse-over for the population to see which specials are active.
But I had conquered about 8 minor species, only one was robotic (and I didn't remember which one),
and my army of exobots were still a few turns away from being built.
Suggestion for empire reporting of (growth) specials

Re: Suggestion for empire reporting of (growth) specials
Availability / use of specials isn't really appropriate for the Empire summary because their availability at a planet depends on supply connectivity between systems.
Re: Suggestion for empire reporting of (growth) specials
I hadn't thought of the complication of supply lines.
I still think it would be convenient it have it in the empire summary.
(But I understand convenience to use is not always correlated with convenience to code.)
After the list of planets in my empire, list the growth specials in order.
For each line, list which planets in my empire have that special.
Have the name in bold if that planet is set to Growth (or Research, for the computonium moon).
Then it would be up to me to make sure the supply lines are intact.
