Attached is a simplistic MilitaryAI module, along with updates of its numerous support modules. The new module and its updated support modules have been run successfully on FO v0.3.17 [SVN 4547] MSVC 2010.
Minor modifications were made to the ColonisationAI and InvasionAI modules to allow them to export target data for use by the MilitaryAI module.
I release my contribution under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 and GNU GPL 2.0 licenses.
