[PATCH] Show side panel planets UI option

From the tasks:
There is an option that can be set in config.xml or the command-line to hide the planets, but there should be a toggle / setting in the UI options menu tab as well.

Added a checkbox that toggles the planets showing in the side panel, the check box is in the options window UI tab.
