Are you thinking we're close to finalising 0.4.4 then?
The hull balancing patch is, basically, done, but I need to go in and seriously rewrite every single en.txt hull entry, which I'm sorta, well, putting off. I'll play a final test game then post what I've got so people can look at it.
Then I'll revert and make a patch for the damage control stuff, that was also finished except the en.txt changes, but that's a much smaller job.
