There were a couple of features from the previous forum, that I'm wondering if we can duplicate here. Neither is really vital, but if they could be done it'd be a nice bonus. One was the 10 most recent posts, which was an awesome feature. There is something sort of like that here with the "Posts since last visit" thing, but it's a little more clunky since you have to go into each thread to read the posts. The other was the forum stats. It was interesting to be able to guage forum activity by seeing daily post stats.

Check out http://www.phpbb.org, there's a mods section which may have some useful features. I want to install the quick reply mod, I've found that really useful on forums that have had it.

any requests for colors, look, etc?

It would be nice if it somehow resembled the main map colors scheme in the game.

I liked the old blue alot, maybe because the pre 1st april MoO3 forum had the same blue, ReMoO is the same blue now, I call it MoOish blue

For the colours, something that's easy on the eyes. Our main website, while pretty, makes my head hurt after a while. Anyway, I think it should be primary functional and maybe also pretty, but not the other way around.

OT: did you notice that newer games tend to be like that? All flashy graphics but usually they don't have much else going for them...
