Hey,
One of my favourite games from WAY back (released in 1989!) was Military Madness for the TurboGrafx-16 (called Nectaris in Japan). It was a turn-based, hex-map game of futuristic tank battles.
I was wondering if anybody knows if the company ever made any sequels for modern hardware, or if anybody else has made anything similar?
The closest I can think of it MegaMek, the unofficial Battletech game, which I also am a big fan of.
According to Wikipedia, there was a Playstation version in 1998, and a new version for Wii, Xbox, and PS3 is expected in Summer 2009.
Thanks in advance!

Quick look for Military Madness: Nectaris http://www.giantbomb.com/quick-look-mil ... ome-videos but it won't came for PC so I won't really bother with it... anyway, I thought you'll like it.
Probably, you already checked http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nectaris ?
Also Fantasy Wars/Elvel Legacy have a similar gameplay but with fantasy realm units.
