In listening to other games, they give sound ques for important events. For example, finding an important item or engaging in combat. It makes the game more engaging.

So, suggestions for having sound ques in FO. One way to do this would be to have a priority for each event, and only one sound gets played for the start of the turn and one sound for the end of the turn.

At start of turn:
* New native seen
* New suitable planet seen
* Combat won
* New enemy empire seen
* Planet lost
* Combat lost



At end of turn:
* Colonize order given
* Invade order given
