maybe he can support you and brok and you can benefit from him.
Dont have fears, it will be not sure if he joins.
If yes, you can only benefit from him.
Kind of this important work have to be always divided to more than one sholder.

Ya, I guess, but by working on this project, I think it should help me, it will look great on my resume. And if I get displaced, it wouldn't be cool.

It has also been a sorta dream, not so so much, but to have ships I have designed in a game, it is why I work on 3D models. I get I am desparate, and since I am relatively new to 3Ding, being obsolete is something I really have to watch for.

This project take a while, month - years.
Enough to push your skills to a advanced level if you endeavour to do this.
And we will always give you comments to your models.

I would not worry about it. From what I have read at shrapnel games, the program he uses has limits, and he himself has complained about them.

In Space Empires there are many artist working on many differant things, and in the end, they all come together. :)

If your learning 3d modeling, chances are that you know more than you know. :)

Lol, what program is it?

Also, I actually know how to do ALOT, except, I have major problems with the meshsmooth modifier, which limits me to non organic meshs alot of the time, but I do know how to skin, and use bones. Pretty good for starting to do it this summer, I think, and all self taught, but if you get a pro in, he will still outshadow me, no matter how hard I try with all my skill.

I read it once in one of his read me's. I don't recall the name, but I think it is something like DOGGA or something.

Any ways, from what I have read at Shrapnel he likes the program he uses, but calls it very limited. I don't know why as his ships all look great.

As do yours. :) What program do you use?

Thanks, I actually just need to add small detail and they will look good, but as is, not so much...

And I use 3D studio Max 5. Not limited at all.
