Factions influencing culture and modifying race

Perhaps it will be good idea to add something like politics and factions, more cooperation with other races and make race statistics fully biological. I mean player may make alliance with something like assasins or knights orders to increase spying or fighting modifiers or with criminal organization...

Tribal races

There can be races descending from group of species like dinosauroids or felines. I mean races that includes different kinds of dinosaurs (from tiranosurs to raptors), felines(from cats and lynxes to sabertooth cats) or some other. Predators need and have more inteligence and possibly destroyed more...
