One race per planet rule

I was digging up old threads and I happened to find one about the one race per planet rule. Now, a lot of people are coming up with unorthodox solutions of genocide to get around the rule. I have a better idea- which would be to keep the planet as is and only allow the same species as on the planet ...

gaseous: With atmosphere like gas giant but with a large rocky mass

anti atmospheric: As well as not having an atmosphere, it is harder to make one with a terraforming device because of the gravitational properties.

Development is going SLOOOOW! Right now the first draft of space combat isn't even out. This is where I propose an Idea that I go ahead and attempt to make a space combat simulator, that perhaps you can just plug into the game...

if there is going to be a glactic news then a. you must of met at least one other species to see it and b. you should also have a local news. Which reminds me can we have it animated? :D
