Good to hear somebody is working a Polish version. I speak Polish to a certain degree, so it will be interesting to see the results.
Personally I'm trying to do a Swedish translation, but lately I've had little time to spare.
Anyway, powodzenia!

Re: Fighter missions
The Windows Fighter Demo is up. I hate to say this, but it doesn't work for me. The application has failed to start, because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling might fix the problem. Do I need to do anything else? I'm running xp64, btw. Same error here. I tested to move the gl...

Re: Translation trouble.
Okay, looks like it wasn't me who caused the error with building names. I used the latest SVN stringtable when I started translating, and now I tried to use the original SVN stringtable which gives the same errors. The conclusion would be that the latest SVN stringtable is not 100% compatible with t...

Re: Translation trouble.
I tried that now, but to find a what line break is causing the problem is like looking for a needle in a haystack, atleast when you're not used to working in a word processor. Oh, well, I'll just continue for now and maybe I'll figure it out. And if you do know a text editor or word processor more s...

Re: Translation trouble.
I tried to change IMERIAL to IMPERIAL, but this error persists even then. Yes, it's the same thing for about half of all buildings, though the other half looks as it should. That's another question, when the SVN stringtable gets updated, does it mean that I have to manually cut and paste all text fr...

Translation trouble.
After doing some editing to the text I noticed that the names and descriptions of quite alot of buildings had been messed up. Just like this one: http://www.lokalen.org/~martin/huh.PNG The thing is, I haven't even started to translate those parts of the text, so I don't know why they got messy. Anyt...

Hello everybody!
I'm a 22 years old guy from Sweden who will give translating FreeOrion a try.
This is my first attempt to get involved with an open source project, but I have to say that FreeOrion looks very promising!

Re: Translation to other languages?
While looking at http://www.freeorion.org/index.php/Languages I saw that nobody had begun translating FreeOrion into Swedish. I could sure give it a try. In fact, I have already started a little with making a Swedish stringtable.
