Geoff mentioned that he was worried Ion Storm and Molecular Cloud may be too hard to tell apart. Alternative molecular cloud version below. (Ion storm is final imho).

That I misunderstood. Still it would be better if fighters were destroyed "on impact".

Fighters as cannonfodder would be fine with me if they were actually removed as combat targets after being shot down. Since they are removed at the end of turn, they can block an arbitrary number of shots.

To disrupt his supply you need to be at war with him. Ok but how can he disrupt mine when he is not at war with me? What is determining the primacy of supply in the first place? I'm getting very frustrated in this game because JonCST is managing to disrupt my supply lines with cloaked colonies: despite me having armed ships in every system, they're not linking my supply to those systems shared with him. I don't understand why - what do I need to do? If two un-allied player...

Hmm. So, i was getting that intel because we [you and o01eg] were allies. I assume he conceded (rather than "resigned", since that word apparently doesn't mean what i think it does). Do you have separate layers for components of the images? Positive. This image consists of five layers: blue nebula, red nebula glow, red nebula, "ions" glow and ions blur. They could be rendered layered and slowly animated, such as by rotation or fading or tinting or scaling... That'd be great, ar...
