HW distribution definitely seems uneven. The closest pair is about 150 uu apart (though still 8 jumps) while another HW has at least 410 uu separation from the nearest enemy HW. Consider uu distance for HW placement at universe generation

HW distribution definitely seems uneven. The closest pair is about 150 uu apart (though still 8 jumps) while another HW has at least 410 uu separation from the nearest enemy HW. And the highest separation between neighbors is nearly 600 uu.

I also find it annoying that there are no counters for mines. Though I think a part you need to put on every ship wouldn't feel worth the slot. I would like to participate again as well. I would like to see more systems per player this game. There were already border disputes taking place within the first 10 turns of the last game.

YES!
It was definitely an improvement. As long as the AI is updated to work with it I would agree to include it.
