many ships or fewer ships?

Sorry, I couldn't see a topic like this anywhere. So anyway, should the focus of the game be on allowing the player to build many ships, or trying to restrict them to not building as many? I personally am all in favor of a smaller amount of ships, if only because it will make it a true accomplishmen...

Hmm....well, I think that just having a "military slider" would be too general.....I mean, yeah, we can't get TOO specific, but I don't wanna be too general.....oh, and yes, I returned. :P

About transparency, in Simcity 4, all they had was an alpha layer and the texture itself. It worked fune for that........

Yeah basically some of it was like LC X<Cruiser X<BC X<Battleship X etc. where X is the number of ships needed to defeat one of the higher class if they both had the same weapons, shields, etc. So for LC 4<Cruiser 3<BC 2<Battleship 6 you would need 12 LC's to combat a single battleship.
