General: Combat Rounds: 4 Balance: Ship Structure Scaling: 8 Ship Weapon Damage Scaling: 6 Fighter Damage Scaling: 6 Restarted the test game with new rules.

I don't really understand when it'll start nor when it'll end, and I have changes in my IRL situation coming so I don't want to commit myself to something I won't be able to do. It's hard to say. The previous game had tech 0.6; was it correct?
No, previous game had tech 1.2. You can check it in the save games.
