Thanks, i forgot about that building although i'm using it quite often lately :oops:
(I use it only to re-colonize captured planets with a different species...havent really looked at the production side yet)

Rev 5807: I just conquered this system and don't understand why/how AI had ~50PP higher industry output. I'm teched all the way up and my Solar Orbital Generator is within a blue star. Something minor: Static Multicellular Hull

In Design it says "requires a Basic Shipyard and Cellular Growth Chamber".
But in Production it checks instead for Xenocoordination Facility.

I finished a game playing as George on "typical", 83 systems and 4 AI. My notes: The AI didn't seem to use choke-points as much as i think is wise.
