hey thats interestign yes, enable stats only once you have some 'intelligence agency' building and tech
It could be timed somewhere in midgame, or perhaps even late game

Intelligence cheat leak

A human player can derive strategic information from the game statistics for races it never even encountered in the galaxy.
To decide who of your opponents is the biggest threat to be attacked, you can look at the # planets graphs and other similar stats.

I have a feeling theres way more performance improvement possible, please keep at it to the point it runs @60fps on fast computers

I've encountered the comb too once
and it wa sguarded by heavy aliens red blobs which I smashed with my superior powers, then I went to 7k industry and mopped up the map

- AI gives scripting errors every turn in the message display, when the opponent is no longer.

some tally of how much resources the defeat cost is nice too, amount of ships on both sides in some graphical representation, it would make the event more memorable, now its just 1 log entry line

spaceship cockpit closeup rendering with opponent race icon crossed, adding newly beaten ones each time, and a little bombastic military music clip or something


raising the leaders military rank with each conquest may be nice too, with nice space themed military insignia
