If a xenophobic species were building them, surely they'd build them as the perfect slaves?

Whereas if a bunch of peace loving hippy/Culture types were building them they'd be as self determining as possible.

Addenda: The Acirema homeworld is the planet Lupi a that I'm about to capture in that shot, autosave attached. How did it end up moving? If more details are needed LMK I've not reported a bug before and aren't sure where tog et logfiles from. (and I can't upload, .sav not alloed and filesize is 1,62...

How did that guard ship get there? I'm used to seeing AIs colonising/capturing planets under guard by sacrificing big fleets, but where did the Acirema ship appear from?

Playing through as Eaxaw on #6214, certainly a challenge wiping out all your captured planets with ballooning outputs. One question-is it intended to include Exobots in the xenophobia triggering? An idea: One of the balance problems that gets mentioned sometimes is the mid to late game abiltiy to spam fleets very quickly, and all at the front line/recently captured planets. Another possibility-planet stealth goes up with tech advances, while it doesn't look like the Laenfa here have researched that tech the AIs sometimes do do so. FWIW, researching in the Intelligence area is definitely worth it early, I try to have Sensors by turn 150+ and definitely would have Neutro...
