Sitrep missing

Hey,
playing with 2017-04-29.1c2db2b. I have just had a turn with missing sitrep. Turn 183 has no sitrep.
Turn 184 got sitrep again, I reloaded the savegame and it was still missing.

Hmm, I guessed it might be that, but thought rather then changing the description, changing the special to work on outposted planets aswell.
I would be logical, because the eccentric orbit should change the supply, whether or not its colonized, what the scientists make of it is a other thing...

Hi,

sorry, long time not in. Here is a screenshot I made of the situation. Planet was outposted, no species bonus, only +2 tiny planet. I don't think I have a savegame...

Hi, it seems the eccentric orbit malus to supply is missing in 04-26.e5a0756. I outposted a tiny planet (+2) with eccetric orbit (-2) and thought i needed orbital construction to get 1 point, but already without it I got 2 supply points. Thanks for the fast reply, I haven't often played george, this time I invaded a population next to me.
I checked my processes and found the left over freeorionca process, killing it solved the problem =)

With other friendly shiptyps this makes perfect sense, Comsats otherwise are immobile and it would save some clicks autofleeting them on production. Sorry I don't really go with the concept of a luck normalizer... The leaver to take IMHO is the difficulty level. It might be a subsection of difficulty level if its possible to implement such a thing.... I like to choose a bit larger universe, mostly 500 with 6 players. This way it is not that crow...

For the fleet window, everything is correct just by changing to another fleet and back? (dev note: possibly prerender related if so) Yes. Sort of refresh problem seems logical. Pinned it some more... on my most recent game (02-18.9876533) I found my flak ship wasn't using their flak in battle. the buildin flak were shown but with 0 dam.

Had the same problems with 999k RP, and found it with the basic planetary cloaking as well.
