i discovered organic hulls for myself yesterday prior to seeing this thread today for the low cost of 8+12 rp they're impossible to beat vs the mark v's the immediate gain is incredible I seem to recall seeing a thread about ship rebalancing earlier this month if anyone is interested keep your eyes ...

oh, with troop ships the way they are currently... races with the %troop modifier are nothing more than a mere annoyance considering the low cost and standard effect of said ships. this would be a good reason for either the cost or damage modifier to be present here. but the egassem military industr...

CERTAINLY having a couple game changing extreme technologies in the 10000-25000rp range would allow the low research species to pick them up from ancient ruins all things being equal [on the tree ofc] it's a 1/100[?] chance for the entire galactic policy to realign in lieu of a terrifying discovery....

i'm not a dev, and i'm not looking at the functions you're removing/streamlining... but the way i understand it this is a beta/alpha game removing uncalled/unreferenced functions from the source code may remove ideas that were left there for a reason. sure it may increase compile times and decrease ...
