I noticed this problem when I first downloaded the game [rc1] ... happened many times sometimes during the same game even with outposts...
haven't tried rc2 yet installing now
the problem persists through reloads even through rollbacks
if I find it in the new rc ill do what was suggested

i was thinking earlier i should try to compile this all in msysgit so i could run a debug version to be more useful

i kind've like the static nature of the small scale galaxies, if the seed was visible on larger scales it would enable sharing of maps via entropy without literally sharing the map. very neat imho it's just annoying [static galaxy] when trying to nitpick small starter galaxies for my newb butt lol t...
