At first I bought it. Then I was wandering around on some blender forums and a few april 1st jokes popped up. I smacked my head because I had been so retarded I actually thought it was real. I figured this out halfway through the day (from what i hear so did Tort and Josh). Nice work. If only there was more of an audience to prank I'm sure it would have been more of a success.
I thought the whole thing was pretty over the top for anyone familiar with the project.
Though its reasonable that Tzlaine would be sick of messing with windows, the normal open-source response would be to announce that he is no longer going to mess with windows, and tell the windows community if they want a new windows release somebody else is going to have to step up and make it work.
Besides Geoff is a windows user, and i think he has been doing most of the stuff Tzlaine is complaining about
By the time i read the post, pd was supposedly "banned from a thread" (something i don't think the BB even supports) while still being listed as a moderator in the graphics forum.
