Hey they are INCREDIBLE! What progams you use? ie 3DS Max, Photoshop, etc. and were there any plug-ins involved. I'm interested in getting into the computer generated art scene. any decent sites anyone could recommend.

Cheers

Thankyou for the compliments.

luckless666- The programs Im using are Photoshop and Vue d'esprit 4

Some of the meshes you see I created in ZBrush, and Wings3d(Its free and brilliant)

As for cities and biuldings in the picts. I really wish I could put them in, sometimes theres this place in the picture thats begging for an human/alien made structure. But I cant cause when your scout enters a uninhabited system, well you can see the problem.
*pd* spelt out the difficulties well.
I think the idea of
smaller, race specific city pictures will be available to look at in a seperate window
is probably the most reasonable too .

Im posting a suggestion for Ghia worlds soon that demonstrates that sort of thing.

ah ha!

Zbrush, I knew it. I played around with the demo a little about a year ago and was quite impressed.

Too bad I don't have the cash to drop for the new version, it looks fantastic.

*nod* The interface improvements might drag zbrush into the mainstream.
