I've been playing with this since you posted it almost exclusively and massively prefer the game with it it, so while I think the costings and possibly buildtimes will need to be tweaked, please do put it in, or if you've got the AI updated just put it into master. I was hoping to do some other work around it adjusting ship speeds and balancing the solar hull so I can uncomment some of the slots but I haven't found the time and I've too many things on the go.

Rebased to master. The posted diff for the AI now results in an AI crash, will post PR once I can look into the cause.
