errors showing up, should I be concerned?

That's definitely a bug in the AI code that needs to be dealt with. Can you create a bug report/issue on github?

The one from assign_military_fleets_to_systems I am familiar with, and have some understanding of the problem and am working on it, but the one from priorities doesn't seem familiar-- please be sure to post the respective AI log file (and a save game if you have it still), and also if you could mention if that AI had already been defeated at that point. Thanks.

The game goes on, and is not presently showing such.
And is playable even with such.
But I have seen red errors before, so it is just a matter of time.
If I get them, how do I access the AI files and the other files you want?

I'm fairly sure the AI logs are the files in
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\FreeOrion

(on my windows machine this is the location),
e.g. C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\FreeOrion\AI_1.log

Not totally certain though.

This is a self extracting compressed file of AI logs.
Please get back to me if you need more files or if this does not work.
The extension exe is not allowed.
I will put together a non self extraction file.

also sent the save file.

Used WinRar to create that file.

I hope to get notification when this is noticed as I am not playing the game so to keep the situation where it can be further dissected.

This is noticed, but I am not likely to have much time to dig into this right away. Perhaps someone else might, but I'd recommend you just make another subfolder to store copies of the log files and a couple of the most recent corresponding savegame files. That way you can keep on playing your game but still be able to come back to this if we needed you to test something.

Thanks for posting the savegame and logs. I do expect we'll get this fixed prior to 0.4.8.

Situation:
36 stars/nodes, 3+me,
AI one and two defeated, AI 3 capital captured, and maybe all the worlds as well.
