I've upgraded the server to 2019-06-16.ecb7a95 and reset game to 16th turn back. Also I've set turn timeout to 12 hours to test if some issues will happen after turn advance.

Please check each turn as possible if you still have issues with turn orders or crashes.

I could do my turn without issues. Passwords are not re-enabled btw.
