Eleventh game on the multiplayer slow game server

I'm planning to start the test game next weekly test build published. The server will continue follow 0.4.10 release branch and its test builds.

Changes from previous game:
  • Better homeworld placement.
  • Systems per player: 28.
  • Galaxy shape: Ring.
  • Galaxy age: Low.
  • Tech cost: 140%.
  • Production cost: 70%.
  • Single winner.
  • Number of combat rounds: 4.
  • Ship Structure Scaling: 8
  • Ship Weapon Damage Scaling: 6
  • Fighter Damage Scaling: 6
Currently there are 7 registered players:

Ophiuchus

Magnate

The previous game had tech 0.6; was it correct?

What's the problem with it? It gives 0.1 per pop.

We can disable specials entirely or wait for https://github.com/freeorion/freeorion/pull/3079 to be merged and published so I can tune it on the server.

I don't trust the developers not to change gameplay, if O01eg would stop updating when they do (and if they don't, he doesn't have to do nothing) then I'd play.
