Well, the Exobot colony was designed to be more expensive.
It'll be better (and less confusing) to have Colonization reduce the cost of Colony buildings (and probably outposts) instead.

I agree that it should be cheaper for the building(not sure about the outpost). With centralization I like that you can still build at a reasonable price as long as you can get supply range with an outpost.

How long will it approx. take for monsters to start moving or evolving? I found a small juggernaut and am mildly concerned

Monsters take a minimum of 10 turns to mature. Probability of maturing then rises slowly.
Small juggernauts should definitely be killed if you can, because mature ones are tough bitches.

As you've seen, the path between us is blocked by a Dyson Forest.
We'd need Flak to kill it without losing our forces, and I don't have any ready.

A lot of Lancers can do the trick too, but considering the time it'll take me to produce it, the Dyson forest will have grown quite large.

If we can concentrate our Frigates against it, we may stand a chance to kill it before it grows, but only one of my Frigates have enough fuel to reach it in time.

Oh, and Endhu : you definitively want to outpost the Ireta I planet with a Snowlake Nest, as quickly as you can.
If you do it quickly enough, it's safe : no Snowflake would have time to mature in time to destroy your outpost.

Oh, too bad, we had quite a good setting.
Shouldn't we change the time limit also ?
We're fighting monsters, not human beings, it's fine to miss a few turns (if we prepared for that).
It'll be extremely boring to fight monsters for months one turn at a time...

I could save current species to database instead of "RANDOM" so we continue to play with them. Galaxy will change because we get additional 46 stars.

I don't mind either way, but I think I prefer full restart (and hopefully no repeated species).
