Story board update

Hi all,

Just a quick update about the Story board. Originally, we thought we would be doing races very early on; it's since become apparent that this is not the case, since we can't really balance races against each other until we have finished the systems that can be balanced. So races probably won't get passed for another couple versions -- when exactly will depend on when we have artists available and when we can at least get a template of actual race traits that use things we've finished developing.

Consequently, the story board is closer to a brainstorming board, at this point. Ablaze has volunteered to moderate it and keep it orderly, so we should be able to refer back to it when we need something. I'll drop in sooner or later and try to get some updated guidelines going.
