Planetary Star Lane Drive

So I built a Planetary Star Lane Drive on a planet. Set it to focus on star lane and had a Planetary beacon created on my homeworld. There's a lighthouse on the system right next to homeworld. Nothing has happened. Am I missing something?

So far as I know, you can only move a planet to an adjacent system you control using planetary starlane drive (since you'll have to build a planetary starlane beacon there). So if your homeworld is 3 starlane jumps away, you'll have to move the planet 3 times towards your homeworld before you can get it there.
