hi,
i use the windows version
Scout ships stay in the production tab until the production tab is empty
( after the 2 rounds it needs to be produced it gets grey, and just stays there instead get into play, pretending to need another turn )
when the other ship is completed and i dont build anything else it shows 0.12 pp 1 round, and finishes,
but only when i dont start another ship ( which means whole round of prod is wasted)
( i think the counter for ships was increased though the ship was not realeased making it cost these .12 more )

in the 6234 i just conquered an ai homesystem
most ships were slightly damaged due to the preceding fight
all were instantly repaired- but not my scoutship
however next round it was
clearly a minor issue i would have missed if i wasn´t suspect of the scout ships today xD

I assume the repair you're referring to is due to an orbital drydock?
Without a save or steps to replicate the issue, it's difficult to investigate.
