Late game lag-substantial reduction?

playing FreeOrion_2016-08-16.6a394b5_Test_Win32_Setup.exe

On turn 220, only 150 stars and 5 AI's
I have noticed a substantial speed up of the game.
Turns taking 1-3 minutes as opposed to 10-12 minutes at this same time before.
Much better.

That is specific enough for me to replicate.

I will not guarantee an improvement, but I will look at the issue.
I'm assuming part of your recent massive project was involved in this, as it has substantially reduced when changing focus &c now and is very much appreciated.

While it's still faster to affect large changes with the Objects menu and sidepanel close, for an individual change it's now just as efficient time wise to do it from the sidepanel, which is as it should be, so thank you.
