Mandatory stop on systems

Playing version 2017-05-09.ab336ed_Test_Win32

I've noticed that my scout has to stop (and consume the rest of movement for that turn) on every system that is not under supply range (the stop number gets a yellow and black circle aroun it instead of white):

In that image the systems out of supply are also not visited yet. I got the information on the area from a derelic ship.
So is it because of the supply range or because my empire has never been actualy there.

I had not noticed this on previous versions, but I don't discard it to be an old feature of FO.

Edit: now I don't understand. Two turns later, once my scout is the stop 2, arriving to Thuban, the rest of the route only shows white stops at 4, 6 and 7 (now called 1, 2 and 3).

Looks like a (display) bug to me. Can you open a github issue?

Guess: you've found a derelict scout this turn?

For some reason the pathfinding algorithm doesn't know that those systems are now known so it wants you to stop at all these 'unknown space' sections, it'll clear next turn.

It is a glitch/bug, and I keep forgetting to report it.
