Planetary Barrier Shield values
I think there's something slightly wrong with the shield increases in the Planetary Barrier Shield tech tree: +30/+60/+90/+150/+150. It seems the intent was to give a consistent +30 bonus for each upgrade, but then PBS4 should give +120 instead of +150, right?

Those numbers have been around for as long as I remember, I keep meaning to look at the defence stats and techs in general, it may have been an intent, if someone wants to change it I'd have no problem with it.
