This happens after a crash or if my IP changes. Consequently, I do not get the next turn notification.
A similar issue is also client-side, as the game pretends that nothing happened. I will get disconnected only if I execute an action that requires the server (e.g. say something in chat, shuffle production/research items around ...).
Server believes crashed/disconnected clients are online for very long after the fact.
