UI bug with travel estimates?

UI bug with travel estimates?

Weekly test build version is 2022-08-30.000f16b

When it estimates ship travel times it seems to be counting natives with planet defense as blockaders when they don't actually blockade.

Turns out there was a non-visible o01eg frigate sitting on the native colony. So this may be a return of the old bug where the UI leaks information

Actually there are wrong ETA because the GUI always calculate with the recent speed. E.g. if you start in a void rift it always takes 50% of speed and calculates ETA.

I think there are more important things to fix, but at least I like to mention it...
