In my test there are two AI homeworlds. One is in a system with no star. I think it's supposed to, and used to, show a name for systems with no star but with populated planes in them, but apparently that's not working.

i was thinking earlier i should try to compile this all in msysgit so i could run a debug version to be more useful
then i could keep my eye on upstream nuiances
