Hi folks,
I'm using Windows XP, so i need the Framework update to run the newer releases of FO. The install of ".Net Framework" requires the "Windows Installer 3.0", which can be downloaded from MS.
Well ... it seems you need to validate your windows to get this one. Is there a way to *cough* evade it?

Evade??? Not really. The only fix I know of is to have somebody else download and save it to disc..

AFAIK. You need to validate windows these days everytime you use Windows Update.... get a legal copy or use linux

that is true, but instead of actually installing the component directly throuhg the online updater you can download a copy and install it later.

You can easily find and download both of those on emule.
